Patients exhibiting any one of the following high-risk interpretive phrases will automatically be recommended for immediate assessment by Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Our hospital if the patient also exhibits any of the following symptoms:

• Chest pain
• Shortness of breath
• Presyncope (dizziness)
• Heart rate <35 bpm
• We diagnose Patient immediately and give them treatment.
